Refund Policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at vastrikashop.connect@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: INSERT YOUR ORDER ID & RETURN ADDRESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic Orders: 4–10 business days
  • International Orders: 8-12 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier logistics, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

We work closely with reliable courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely.
However, if your package is:

• Delayed

We kindly request waiting until the courier completes a full investigation. Delivery delays caused by couriers are outside our control, but we assist you throughout the process.

• Lost / Missing in Transit

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, then:

⭐ You will receive a full refund of the order amount within 10 working days
— after we receive official confirmation from our courier partner that the parcel cannot be located.

• Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  • Inform us within 48 hours
  • We will open a courier investigation immediately
  • Refunds/replacements are issued only after courier verification

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect address details were provided by the customer, we are not responsible for failed delivery or lost packages.

6. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

Custom fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product pricing.
